DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First I had to settle with a stain color because he wouldn’t match my picture I wanted my floors to look like. The HE DAMAGED my hardwood floor during refinishing process. I wasn’t able to look at or walk on my floor for 1 week after he completed the project. Once I was able to inspect the project I notice a plank in one of the doorways was damaged. I tried contacting him to fix it on several occasions. After almost 4 months he finally came out to fix the issue. It looks worse now than it did before he “fixed” it. I tried contacting him after his “fix” was dry and I was able to inspect it. He says he won’t do anything about it and he should be billing me for the repair even though he DAMAGED it. I am very disappointed in his business ethics. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
